Qlinx app

Qlinx is a SaaS based availability and bokking plartform for freelancers and clients alike. Freelancers can input their availability and connect with clients. The clients can search for available personnel send send them a booking invitation. I was challenged to analyse and improve this proposed value proposition as cost-efficiently as possible.

The application had mainly been focussed on the client user population.  To improve user adaptation I starten a user centered proces which included the freelancer user population. I ended up doing a full redesign of the application and the communication flow.
